Dr. Samantha Digby

Dr. Samantha Digby earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Nottingham Medical School in the UK.

She completed her vocational training in East Somerset, UK, and earned a Diploma in Child Health, from the Royal College of Pediatricians and a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

She also obtained full Membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2002. She has practiced in the UK for 5 years, on Cruise ships as a senior Ship's Physician for 3 years, and in the Cayman Islands since 2008. Dr. Digby practices Family Medicine with a whole-body approach to wellness for all ages. Dr. Digby is married to a stand-up comedian and they have three daughters.

Dr. Cleon Davis

Dr. Cleon Davis is a Specialist / Consultant Anaesthetist. He oversees General and Regional Anaesthesia for surgeries as well as Epidural Analgesia for pain relief in labour. Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Davis has lived in Grand Cayman since 2014. His first visit to the island was in 2006. He worked as a locum anaesthesiologist at the HSA on a number of occasions before he received a special invitation to join a local multidisciplinary clinic. Dr. Davis is proud to now call Cayman his home.

Caring for the community

Both Dr. Samantha Digby and Dr. Cleon Davis are very active within the local community. Dr. Samantha is currently the Medical Director of the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. An instrumental part of her role has been helping to educate the public about breast cancer as well as supporting fundraising efforts to help patients in need.

Dr. Cleon Davis is an ACLS instructor and periodically assists in CPR training and the recertification of local medical staff and EMS personnel. Through his local church’s men’s group, he has organized annual health fairs that feature representatives from various medical societies such as the Cayman Islands Diabetes Association and the Cayman Islands Cancer Society. At these health fairs, members of the public are offered wellness checks, educated about various illnesses, and given guidance in managing chronic diseases.
